Insurance Info

At Cross County Medical care Family Practice we participate in many managed care plans and see patients with traditional insurance. Click here to see the detailed list of plans. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards at our office.
Please bring your insurance card with you for each visit and notify our front desk with any insurance coverage updates.

It is Flu Season — Get Vaccinated!
Highlights
• Vaccine combines protection against H1N1 and seasonal flu.
• Traditional injection, nasal spray and the new intra-dermal injections are available (check with your health care provider)
• You may infect others 1 day before and 5-7 days after being sick
• It can take up to two weeks for the antibodies to develop after being vaccinated
